VIBGYOR International Film Festival begins today
VIBGYOR International Film Festival began today at K T Mohammed Memorial regional Theatre. The six-day-long festival was inaugurated by dancer and activist Mallika Sarabhai.
Inaugurating the festival, Ms Sarabhai said the artists should have an important role to act to make a good and a prosperous world a reality.
As many as 95 short films and 19 documentaries from different countries will be exhibited. Fourteen films portraying the social issues, 5 on atomic energy related issues, 23 films on life and culture in Kerala, 23 regarding children and 3 from neighboring Bangladesh would be shown. (
