130 city roads to be upgraded in Thiruvananthapuram soon
Transport Minister VS Sivakumar has said that as many as 130 roads in Thiruvananthapuram Assembly constituency are being renovated at a cost of Rs 28 crore.
Wort on 28 out of 33 roads included in the upgrading scheme has been completed. The Killipalam-Attakulangara-Chala bypass (Rs 1 crore), Shanghumugham-Vettucaud-Veli (Rs 2 crore), Jagathy-Melaranoor-PRS hospital road (Rs 5.5 crore) are the roads being upgraded using the budget allocation. He said that the work on these roads will be completed by March.
